Terms & Condition – Debanshi Taxi Service

By booking a ride with Debansi Taxi Service, you agree to the following terms:

Bookings can be made via phone (+91 8328953730), WhatsApp, or our website.
A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message/call from Sajit Kumar or an authorized representative.

Base Fare: Prices are calculated based on the pickup and drop-off points provided.
Tolls & Taxes: Parking fees at Mopa/Dabolim Airports, bridge tolls, and inter-state entry taxes (for Karnataka trips to Gokarna, Karwar, etc.) are not included in the base fare and must be paid by the customer.
Waiting Charges: A free waiting period of 15 minutes is allowed for local pickups and 45 minutes for Airport arrivals. Beyond this, a charge of ₹[Insert Amount] per hour will apply.

Cancellation: Please notify us at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time for local Goa trips and 6 hours for long-distance Karnataka trips.
No-Show: If the passenger is not reachable or does not show up within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

Trips to Murdeshwar, Gokarna, and Karwar involve crossing state borders.
Customers are responsible for paying the Karnataka State Entry Tax at the RTO checkpost unless otherwise agreed in a “Package Deal.”

Cleanliness: Smoking, drinking alcohol, or consuming illegal substances inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
Damage: Any physical damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger will result in a repair fee.
Luggage: Please inform us in advance if you have heavy luggage so we can provide a vehicle with a carrier or sufficient trunk space.

Debansi Taxi Service is not liable for delays caused by heavy traffic, road accidents, vehicle breakdown, or flight delays at Mopa/Dabolim Airports.
We are not responsible for any items left behind in the vehicle. Please check your belongings before exiting.
